We have four large porches, each with its own attractions.

The two front porches feature swings to enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes

Our downstairs rear porch is a wonderful outdoor living room with a 65 inch TV, fireplace, comfortable seating and a dining area that seats 12 overlooking the pool.

The upstairs sleeping porch is one of the favorite rooms in the house. You can enjoy a football game on the 65 inch TV or rock gently on the two queen beds beneath fans as the sounds of the pool fountains and birds in the nature preserve lull you to sleep.

Rocking chairs and a sofa are a quiet retreat overlooking the patio and pool.

The outdoor balcony gives a wonderful view of the pool and summer kitchen

Our pool area and summer kitchen are completely private and surrounded by a nature preserve.

The pool features a sun shelf which is a large shallow end that is great for toddlers or floating on a raft.

In addition to the BBQ, the outdoor kitchen includes a sink and refrigerator.
